Vermillion, SD - MASABA Mining Equipment today announced the acquisition of all of Kolman of Sibley, Iowa. Kolman will now be a division of MASABA Mining Equipment located in Vermillion, South Dakota.
"Founded in 1944, Kolman has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in the material handling industry. They have supplied the industry with thousands of quality installations", commented Jerad Higman, President of MASABA.
"This acquisition will expand MASABA Mining Equipment’s already diverse product offering of complete engineered conveying systems, mast type radial stackers, overland conveying systems, portable radial stackers, crushing, screening and washing equipment, feeders, screens, trap loaders, ship loaders and parts."
