SAND PROCESSING PLANT

In March of 2009, MASABA Mining Equipment worked closely with a new customer opening up a new sand processing plant in the upper Midwest.

This complete plant included (1) HEAVY DUTY Stationary Truck Unloader, (1) 36" x 120' Radial Stacking Conveyor, (1) 36" x 200' Tunnel Conveyor, (1) 36" x 150' Radial Stacking Conveyor, & (1) 6x20 Stationary Screen Plant Structure.

The 36" x 200' Tunnel Conveyor system was designed in a modular manner to allow for simple set up and operation in the field.

MASABA installation technicians managed the complete installation of this project.

MASABA Worldwide Headquarters - Vermillion, SD

MASABA completed a new 60,000 square foot expansion to it's facility in Vermillion, SD in 2008. This now larger 160,000 square foot facility adds significant additional capacity for both manufacturing as well as a new engineering design center.

In 2005, MASABA had previously expanded it's manufacturing facility by building a new state-of-the-art facility in Vermillion, SD. The original 100,000 square foot facility allowed us to better meet the needs of our customers. The facility is equipped with the best people and latest technology to allow MASABA to fulfill its mission of manufacturing the highest quality mining, agricultural, & customized equipment in the market.
